Investors and Treaty Visa

Individuals wishing to invest in new businesses in the United States may apply for an immigrant visa (residency). Applicants for residency as investors, must invest $1,000,000 (U.S. dollars) or $ 500,000 (U.S. dollars) in a high unemployment or rural area considered an identified employment area, without taking out loans.
